About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate logistics processes at the Daejeon logistics center on weekday shifts (morning 9–6, afternoon 2–11) and every other Saturday
- Design and improve logistics processes based on headquarters and shipper requests, driving standardization and formalization
- Manage delivery drivers and logistics center subcontractor operations
- Execute logistics center safety management tasks
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher (logistics-related major preferred)
- Strong communication skills for coordination with purchasing, sales, and shipper departments
- Solid understanding of logistics processes
- Ability to utilize AI for data analysis and process improvement
- No restrictions on overseas travel; male applicants must have completed or been exempted from military service
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working at a logistics center
- Experience in logistics process improvement, including automation equipment
