About the role
Responsibilities
- Allocate and assign orders to the closest available driver
- Confirm driver acceptance and ensure immediate departure
- Provide alternatives and reassign orders when drivers are unavailable
- Track order status throughout all operational phases
- Resolve issues impacting delivery times
- Collaborate with drivers, Customer Service, and Partner Care teams
- Resolve driver tickets related to delays, cancellations, and visibility
- Manage payment concerns involving cash and wallet transactions
- Follow up on technical application problems
- Monitor affected drivers and process compensation according to policy
