Logistics Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the state-of-the-art distribution center in Ostrov to ensure smooth and efficient processes
• Lead and develop a shift of approximately 150 employees
• Ensure operational performance, adherence to KPIs, and continuous process improvement
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with company policies and legal regulations
• Contribute to complex logistics projects, including network design optimization, warehouse layout planning, and expansion initiatives
• Work within a shift-based schedule

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar logistics leadership role
• Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics processes (inbound/outbound, picking, packaging, inventory)
• Fluency in both English and Czech (written and spoken)
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a hands-on, proactive mindset
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think strategically while managing operational details

• Experience managing logistics-related projects or operational expansions
