Logistics Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics between the Midland Service Center and other Tenaris yards to ensure timely product delivery.
• Oversee yard execution and carrier performance, resolving delivery issues to maintain seamless operations.
• Manage inventory accuracy by processing stock receptions, dispatches, and returns within SAP.
• Perform regular inventory counts and monitor stock levels to align with production and scheduling needs.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including carrier performance and truck turnaround times.
• Lead yard-related projects such as system implementations, third-party yard setups, and logistics optimization.
• Collaborate with scheduling and production teams to ensure strict adherence to delivery schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in logistics, yard execution, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in SAP for inventory control and logistics execution.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel (pivot tables) and Power BI for KPI tracking and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage inventory accuracy, dispatch coordination, and carrier performance in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work onsite in Midland, TX, with availability for bi-weekly or monthly on-call rotations.
