Logistics Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop management indicators and productivity dashboards for stock, receiving, and inventory
• Report daily activity data to both internal and external clients
• Perform audits to ensure the accuracy of operational processes
• Utilize quality tools to review receiving and shipping processes
• Actively participate in operational and managerial meetings

Requirements

• High school diploma (Ensino Médio Completo)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Previous experience with inventory management
• Knowledge of SAP
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team
• Full availability regarding work schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Higher education degree (Ensino Superior)
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools
