Logistics Methods Technician

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions to improve logistical flows in compliance with QCDE (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Environment, Health & Safety) objectives.
• Implement and manage standard packaging solutions, including design, prototyping, validation, and budget tracking.
• Apply part protection solutions during all logistical operations such as transport, unloading, and storage.
• Identify potential improvements across the value chain in collaboration with regional logistics engineering.
• Reduce warehouse and production labor time by optimizing picking and kitting processes.
• Improve workstation ergonomics and reduce packaging waste through "zero unpacking" initiatives.
• Manage project supply chain specifications and negotiate with site and project suppliers.
• Design internal logistical processes and ensure ERP parameters (stock strategy, ABC classification) are accurate.
• Align physical flows with system flows to improve stock accuracy.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach.
• Proven negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and risks in a fast-paced environment.
