Logistics Methods Engineer

Responsibilities

• Industrialize logistical flows and service modes by optimizing processes
• Update existing mapping of containers and analyze impacts of new industrial phases
• Optimize mirror zone surface area and update line footprint and SAP supply areas
• Update manufacturing ranges and create MES articles for time tracking
• Prepare migration to Ziaboga by defining kit articles and delivery strategies
• Create delivery point mapping and communicate data to the BOM team
• Verify and correct IT material flows (FL02, FL03, etc.)
• Implement physical changes including shelf installation and virtual location management
• Support logistics, production, and warehouse teams during deployment

Requirements

• Higher education in logistics, supply chain, or industrial engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistical flow industrialization
• Proficiency in SAP (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Lean methods and optimization tools
• Experience with ERP migration processes and physical/IT flows
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage transverse projects
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional communication
