Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics operations in Araraquara, including PCP (Production Planning and Control) and general operations
• Oversee customer service, inventory control, and supplier relationship management
• Administer departmental expenses and budgets
• Improve and develop processes for warehouse management, production line supply, receiving, and shipping
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of approximately 40 employees

Requirements

• University degree in Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade, or related fields
• Fluent English skills
• Proven experience in team management
• Proficiency in SAP modules (SD, MM, and PP)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI
• Availability to work onsite in Araraquara, SP
