Logistics Manager - Warehouse & Returns

Responsibilities

• Steer and support all inbound and outbound logistics operations for a warehouse
• Manage coordination between internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Logistics Controlling, as well as external service providers
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement critical improvement measures
• Support logistics cost tracking, budget planning, performance reporting, and contract adjustments
• Ensure high system data quality and robust process documentation across all warehouse logistics streams
• Contribute to the successful implementation of strategic logistics initiatives

Requirements

• Solid understanding of core logistics processes, including inbound, outbound, returns, and general warehousing
• Experience in planning operational streams and managing process changes
• Proven experience managing a diverse set of KPIs related to operations, quality, and cost
• Strong ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in collecting, organizing, and presenting data for daily, weekly, and monthly strategic reporting
• Strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
