Logistics Manager - Warehouse & Returns

Responsibilities

• Lead or support all inbound and outbound logistics processes for one of our warehouses
• Coordinate between key internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, and Logistics Controlling, as well as external service providers
• Identify process bottlenecks and drive the development and implementation of key improvement measures
• Contribute to logistics cost tracking, budget planning, performance reporting, and contract adjustments
• Ensure solid process documentation and high-quality system data across all warehouse logistics workflows
• Support the successful implementation of strategic logistics initiatives

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of central logistics processes, including inbound, outbound, returns, and general warehousing
• Experience in planning operational workflows and managing process changes
• Proven experience managing various KPIs related to operations, quality, and costs
• Strong ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in capturing, organizing, and presenting data for daily, weekly, and monthly strategic management reporting
• Strong analytical thinking skills and a solution-oriented approach
