Logistics Manager - Warehouse & Returns

Responsibilities

• Steer and support inbound and outbound logistics operations for warehouse streams
• Provide direct operational support to the Transportation Operations Team
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Logistics Controlling
• Manage relationships with external service provider points of contact
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement critical improvement measures
• Support logistics cost tracking, budget planning, and performance reporting
• Ensure high system data quality and robust process documentation
• Contribute to strategic logistics initiatives and cross-functional projects

Requirements

• Solid understanding of core logistics processes (inbound, outbound, returns, and warehousing)
• Experience managing diverse KPIs related to operations, quality, and cost
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in collecting, organizing, and presenting data for strategic reporting
• Strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
• Ability to take ownership of tasks across projects, contracts, and operations
