Logistics Manager - Warehouse & Returns

Responsibilities

• Lead or support all inbound and outbound logistics processes for one of our warehouses
• Provide direct operational support to the team for transport processing
• Coordinate between internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Logistics Controlling) and external service providers
• Identify process bottlenecks and drive the development and implementation of improvement measures
• Assist in tracking logistics costs, budget planning, performance reporting, and contract adjustments
• Ensure solid process documentation and high system data quality across all warehouse logistics workflows
• Contribute to the successful implementation of strategic logistics initiatives and projects involving warehouse, returns, and transport

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of core logistics processes, including inbound, outbound, returns, and general warehousing
• Experience in transport management and operational planning
• Proven experience managing various KPIs related to operations, quality, and costs
• Strong ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in collecting, organizing, and presenting data for daily, weekly, and monthly management reporting
• Strong analytical thinking skills and a solution-oriented approach
• Ability to quickly take on tasks across different functional areas such as projects, contracts, and operations
