Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Administer and support day-to-day logistics and traffic functions for the Monterrey HUB
• Set performance goals for the department and establish action plans
• Ensure storage and distribution activities comply with safety regulations and policies
• Establish metrics and reports to measure on-time delivery and inventory in transit
• Assure product shipments are customs compliant
• Maintain stock control systems and ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting
• Lead lean and cost savings projects related to space optimization and material handling
• Coordinate with MRO buyers for logistics and customs needs
• Manage carrier relationships, freight claims, and inbound/outbound shipment scheduling
• Maintain import and export compliance documentation per regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in logistics or related fields
• Degree in Logistics Management, Purchasing, Operations, or Business Management preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and action-oriented mindset
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet strict timelines

• Master's degree
