Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all logistics operations including transportation, storage, and distribution
• Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with project schedules
• Manage vendor relationships with freight forwarders, customs agents, and local transport providers
• Coordinate delivery schedules for critical equipment
• Oversee inventory management, warehousing, and site-level storage solutions
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, import/export requirements, and safety standards
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and delays
• Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, procurement, and engineering stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and logistics costs
• Drive continuous improvement in logistics processes and cost efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Experience within construction, infrastructure, or data center projects
• Proven experience managing large-scale, high-value equipment logistics
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
