Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-quality material handling organization responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping incoming materials and outgoing finished goods
• Interface regularly with freight carriers to ensure performance and cost levels meet business goals
• Manage 5S and quality-related processes within Stores and Traffic to drive compliance with operating procedures
• Guarantee non-stop operations by providing high-level logistical services to internal customers including FABs, Purchasing, QA, and Engineering
• Develop human resources and teamwork within the Stores and Traffic departments
• Monitor, record, and analyze activities and trends relating to Import/Export and stores activities
• Track area KPIs such as inventory accuracy, material delivery cycle time, and shipment counts
• Identify and execute cost-reduction strategies across storage and logistics operations

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Logistics Manager
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in creating and managing budgets
• Experience managing teams in complex operations environments
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
