Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the department focusing on costs and performance
• Optimize equipment, processes, and packaging in collaboration with internal and external service providers
• Ensure product delivery to customers
• Maintain the SAP system
• Optimize stock rotation and transport management
• Establish objectives and performance indicators in coordination with management
• Provide support to subordinate logistics staff
• Set annual logistics objectives in alignment with Business Unit goals
• Present periodic and spontaneous reports and analyses to hierarchical superiors
• Maintain a favorable working climate within the department
• Identify training needs and ensure continuous professional development for staff

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry as a Logistics Manager
• Proficiency in English and/or German is mandatory
• Strong organizational and quality-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication, initiative, and teamwork skills
• Analytical problem-solving abilities and result orientation
• Decision-making, delegation, and empowerment skills
