About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage stock tracking using codes and serial numbers for network equipment
- Monitor materials with expiration dates (DLU/DLC) to prevent waste and obsolescence
- Coordinate incoming flows including reception, control, and integration, and manage replenishment orders
- Update and optimize E-Stock management tools and automate replenishment requests (DMR)
- Implement stock volume reduction actions to optimize space and cash flow
- Plan and perform regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories
- Conduct site audits to analyze storage areas and ensure data reliability
- Lead physical site reorganization projects to optimize storage zones
- Guarantee the safety of personnel and goods, maintaining a strict zero-accident objective
Requirements
- Bac+2/3 degree in Logistics (e.g., GLT, QLIO)
- Proven experience in stock management, ideally within the technology, telecom, or network equipment sectors
- Proficiency in stock management software, ideally E-Stock or an ERP system
- Strong skills in product traceability and field auditing
- Ability to formalize space reorganization plans
- Rigorous, pedagogical approach with a strong commitment to safety culture
