Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise all warehouse activities and bulk loading installations
• Ensure the proper execution of packaging, loading, and unloading operations
• Manage the reception of raw materials in compliance with established procedures
• Oversee weighing, labeling, handling, and storage of finished products
• Guarantee physical stock management and ensure inventory reliability through periodic audits
• Maintain equipment, infrastructure, and handling materials to ensure availability and compliance
• Monitor logistics performance indicators and implement necessary corrective actions
• Enforce safety, quality, food safety, and environmental standards across all operations
• Lead and animate the warehouse and loading teams, including scheduling and performance reviews
• Coordinate with production and maintenance departments to ensure reliable industrial flows

Requirements

• Degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Flow Management, or an equivalent field
• Significant professional experience in an industrial, logistics, or storage environment
• Proven experience in team management and leadership

• Strong field leadership skills with the ability to unite and motivate teams
• Ability to manage both operational and managerial activities simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working transversally across different industrial departments
