Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize, supervise, and optimize the order flow from the central warehouse to international boutiques
• Manage and coordinate an operational team, including task assignment and daily support
• Verify stock availability and prioritize orders based on boutique needs and replenishment campaigns
• Coordinate the picking and packing team to ensure efficiency and quality standards
• Organize daily and weekly merchandise departures from the central warehouse
• Manage and update ERP/WMS systems to track orders and inventory movements
• Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare operational reports
• Resolve incidents related to orders, stock, or preparation processes

Requirements

• Higher degree in Logistics, Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or operations coordination
• Proven experience in team supervision and leadership
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (Mecalux, SAP, Navision, Oracle, or Sage)
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and operational rigor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in high-volume order environments
