Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions for high-rise construction projects
• Act as the primary company representative with clients and selected suppliers during program execution
• Establish program requirements and monitor deliverables for adherence to project criteria
• Mobilize company resources and coordinate with support departments to create effective project teams
• Work with project managers to develop budgets, schedules, and plans to ensure project goals are met or exceeded
• Monitor and report on project progress, significant milestones, and any conditions affecting cost or schedule
• Develop and execute action plans to rectify potential cost overruns, delays, or scope changes
• Oversee the establishment of Work Plans, Health and Safety Plans, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience
• Proven experience in site logistics management specifically for high-rise projects
• Expertise in material delivery scheduling to ensure timely installation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team to deliver objectives
