Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global sales order fulfillment across 23 international locations, managing inventory allocation and supply chain strategy.
• Own the complete Proof of Concept (POC) lifecycle, including asset management, provisioning, and return logistics.
• Manage the global RMA process to optimize reverse logistics workflows and minimize turnaround times.
• Oversee relationships with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure trade compliance and optimized routing.
• Drive digital transformation by implementing process automation and building BI dashboards for real-time performance visibility.
• Improve NetSuite and Salesforce logistics processes through automation initiatives and API integrations.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management with global operational responsibility.
• Proven experience managing Sales Orders, POC logistics, and RMA processes, ideally in a technology or hardware environment.
• Expertise in 3PL management, global freight, and trade compliance (including IOR/EOR and export controls).
• Hands-on proficiency with NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation or process automation initiatives within a supply chain context.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building BI dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in or with the APAC region, specifically Singapore.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS/TMS implementations or API/EDI integrations.
• Experience using AI/ML tools for demand forecasting or inventory optimization.
• APICS/ASCM certification.
