Logistics Manager - Network Steering

Responsibilities

• Create medium- and long-term forecasts and take overall responsibility for network KPIs to monitor logistics performance
• Continuously develop forecasting methods and monitor delivery promises to ensure customer satisfaction
• Moderate the S&OP process and lead weekly forecasting cycles to ensure alignment between marketing, planning, and operations
• Conduct regular coordination meetings with external service providers regarding capacity and resource availability
• Resolve ad-hoc backlog situations by developing optimal solutions that balance cost, speed, and capacity

Requirements

• Excellent degree in Business Administration or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Logistics or SCM
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and solutions
• Experience in an e-commerce or logistics environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Fluent English; German language skills are an advantage
• Experience with SQL and/or Tableau is a plus
