Logistics Manager - Network Steering

Responsibilities

• Generate mid- and long-term logistics forecasts (HY, FY, 5-year)
• Take full ownership of network KPIs to monitor overall logistics performance
• Refine forecast calculation methodologies and monitor delivery promises
• Facilitate the S&OP process and lead weekly forecast cycles to align Marketing, Planning, and Operations
• Conduct regular alignment meetings with external service providers regarding capacities and resource availability
• Resolve ad-hoc backlog situations by balancing cost, speed, and capacity

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency
• Experience working in an e-commerce or logistics environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel
• Knowledge of SQL and/or Tableau is beneficial
• Business fluent in English
