Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize and monitor national and international shipments via air, sea, and road, selecting optimal solutions for cost, speed, and reliability
• Manage customs formalities and ensure compliance with export (EX) and import (IM) regulations
• Prepare and issue all required transport and shipping documentation based on destination and client requirements
• Coordinate complex export files, including those involving documentary credits
• Handle transport disputes and manage customer claims
• Monitor deliveries to ensure client commitments are met
• Respond to import pre-alerts and coordinate associated operations
• Sort and organize preparation slips by integrating specific instructions and documents

Requirements

• Approximately 10 years of experience in a similar international logistics role
• Significant expertise in import/export operations
• Strong knowledge of international transport, Incoterms, and customs regulations
• Mastery of documentary credits, export licenses, and international shipping documentation
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Professional fluency in English
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex files
