Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee supply, reception, stock management, and order preparation processes
• Develop sector objectives and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Optimize and ensure stock reliability to guarantee product availability for customers
• Manage the flow of goods and supervise all logistical activities and projects
• Plan and organize customer orders, including delivery and after-sales service management
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in the goods collection area
• Lead and animate a team of warehouse operators and forklift drivers
• Guarantee compliance with safety rules and oversee the maintenance of handling and storage equipment

Requirements

• Successful professional experience in logistics
• Proven experience in an equivalent management or leadership role
• Strong customer service orientation and commercial mindset
• Rigorous, dynamic, and highly organized approach to work
• Excellent team spirit and ability to work cross-functionally with other department managers
