Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics plans, including shipping coordination procedures for specific projects
• Monitor goods throughout various transportation stages
• Develop and provide RFI/RFQ for freight forwarding and export packing activities
• Conduct logistics status review meetings and participate in the selection of approved providers
• Manage personnel engaged in the coordination and execution of logistics services
• Interface with internal and external customers to ensure expectations are met
• Prepare, execute, and take responsibility for the project logistics budget
• Maintain relationships and communication with transportation providers
• Promote a Zero Harm culture with vendors, clients, and colleagues

Requirements

• Managed logistics activities for at least one large-scale ($1B+ TIC) EPC project from start to finish
• Performed FEED or similar activities for large-scale EPC projects
• 10+ years of experience in EPC project logistics, including container and breakbulk ocean freight management
• Expertise in domestic transportation, heavy haul, and customs clearance
• Experience with the commercial management of a logistics budget
• Experience managing the transportation of large process modules
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Managerial experience in LNG project logistics
• Undergraduate degree in Maritime Administration, logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field
