Logistics Manager Jr (Sales Scheduling/Demand Planning)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and optimize sales and demand planning execution to ensure high customer service levels within resource constraints.
• Continuously improve sales and demand planning processes and manage the maintenance of master data quality.
• Track target KPIs and implement countermeasures to address any deviations in plant operations.
• Lead and manage high-complexity logistics projects from technical and organizational perspectives, including the rollout of corporate standard processes.
• Align planning activities with material management, production planning, and corporate logistics functions.
• Manage exceptions in sales and demand planning and facilitate viable solutions or logistic escalations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to the planning team to ensure competence and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and demand planning supervision within a complex manufacturing or plant environment.
• Strong expertise in master data management and logistics process optimization.
• Demonstrated ability in project management, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring tasks within project teams.
• Experience in KPI tracking, management, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, instructing, and motivating employees.
• Ability to negotiate logistics conditions with suppliers, service providers, and customers.
