Logistics Manager Jr

Responsibilities

• Supervise and optimize sales and demand planning execution to ensure high customer service levels within resource constraints.
• Continuously improve sales and demand planning processes and manage the maintenance of master data.
• Track target KPIs and implement countermeasures to address any deviations.
• Lead and manage high-complexity logistics projects from both technical and organizational perspectives.
• Align demand planning activities with material management, production planning, and corporate logistics.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to the planning team to ensure competence and performance.
• Manage logistics exceptions and facilitate viable solutions or escalations when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and demand planning supervision within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in master data management and KPI tracking.
• Demonstrated ability in logistics project management and process optimization.
• Experience in team leadership, coaching, and employee development.
• Ability to coordinate with regional and global logistics networks and implement corporate standards.
