Logistics Manager, APAC

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology, reimagining the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end logistics operations across APAC (KR, ANZ, SEA, and India) including inbound imports, domestic distribution, and returns
• Personally manage customs clearance processes, documentation review, and duty/tax handling
• Source, negotiate, and manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and last-mile carriers
• Stand up and manage warehousing solutions, including SOP development and inventory controls
• Coordinate shipments with global factories, suppliers, and distribution centers
• Manage returns and reverse logistics workflows
• Maintain oversight of freight costs, invoices, and variance analysis
• Build scalable logistics processes, templates, and SOPs for diverse APAC markets
• Track and improve KPIs across cost, service level, lead time, and inventory accuracy

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on logistics and supply chain experience across multiple APAC markets
• Strong practical knowledge of APAC import/export regulations and customs clearance
• Proven experience personally executing logistics operations
• Experience building or scaling logistics in emerging and developed markets
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related discipline
• Strong working knowledge of 3PL systems and Excel-based reporting
• Fluent or business-level English
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-growing environment
