Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily distribution operations, including route organization for bulk and micro-bulk gas deliveries.
• Oversee heavy vehicle fleet maintenance and management.
• Ensure stock reliability by managing inventories for cylinders and gases and monitoring alert thresholds.
• Supervise import/export coordination, including container loading/unloading and product reception.
• Lead and develop a team of drivers, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring KPIs and updating quality procedures.

Requirements

• Bac+3 degree in Logistics or equivalent professional experience (8+ years).
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in transport logistics, ideally within the industrial or healthcare sectors.
• Expertise in ADR regulations for the transport of dangerous goods.
• Experience in heavy vehicle (PL) fleet management.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for creating performance dashboards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and handle urgent delivery contingencies.
