Logistics Inventory Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily inventory control activities, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations
• Supervise, coach, and develop inventory team members to drive performance and accountability
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions and data integrity within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, shipping, and receiving teams to maintain inventory accuracy
• Analyze inventory data and reports to identify trends and improve warehouse processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of warehouse inventory control experience
• 1+ year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and team leadership abilities
• High attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement

• Degree in logistics or a related field
