About the Company

Foundry Robotics is building an AI-native robotics manufacturing company focused on deploying advanced assembly and production capability for leading robotics companies and national-security-critical hardware. We are reimagining manufacturing through advanced robotics to rebuild the American manufacturing industry as an AI-first, assembly-focused, dual-use contract manufacturer.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end inventory management including accuracy, cycle counts, stocking strategy, and reconciliation
  • Manage all receiving operations including inspection, documentation, and discrepancy resolution
  • Manage all shipping operations, outbound logistics, carrier coordination, and packaging standards
  • Direct the movement of materials through the factory to ensure production lines are supplied without interruption
  • Build inventory, receiving, and shipping processes from scratch, defining workflows and SOPs
  • Implement and administer the ERP system for materials and inventory
  • Establish and track KPIs such as inventory accuracy and stockouts to drive continuous improvement
  • Hire, train, and lead the materials and warehouse team as the operation scales
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, and engineering

Requirements

  • 7+ years in materials, inventory, or logistics operations
  • 2+ years leading a team
  • Proven ability to build operations from the ground up in a greenfield or startup environment
  • Hands-on experience implementing or administering an ERP/MRP system
  • Demonstrated success managing inventory accuracy in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong people-leadership skills
  • Ability to work both at a desk and hands-on on the factory floor

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in robotics, hardware, or electronics manufacturing
  • Experience selecting and rolling out a new ERP system
  • Familiarity with Lean, 5S, Kanban, or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience scaling operations from low-rate to high-volume production
