About the role
Responsibilities
- Upload contracts, shipping documents, warehouse receipts, weight notes, and stock reports
- Perform stock reconciliation and contract matching
- Create and register coffee samples
- Issue landing instructions, shipping advice, and insurance certificates
- Check service invoices and stock reports
- Learn about coffee trading and logistics processes
Requirements
- Sophomore or final-year student majoring in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of adaptability and ability to work independently or in a team
- Good English language skills
