Logistics Intern

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and monitor cargo movement using the SAP system
• Prepare necessary shipping documents for customs and international transit
• Coordinate inbound operations with ocean import forwarders and outbound operations with 3PL vendors
• Monitor shipment status daily and provide delivery updates to customers
• Support inventory management, month-end closing audits, and inventory reporting
• Assist with administrative tasks including FedEx handling, office operations, and sales support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or Economics
• 0-1 years of experience in logistics operations (prior internships are a plus)
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with forecasting tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Valid US driver license

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of customs, duties, and import/export processes
