Logistics Intern

Responsibilities

• Help coordinate shipments, track orders, and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock and participating in inventory audits
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to address logistics inquiries
• Analyze data related to shipping, delivery times, and inventory turnover to identify areas for improvement
• Learn to use logistics software and tools to track shipments, manage inventory, and optimize routes

Requirements

• Active student in Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Currently enrolled in a Colombian University with authorization for pre-professional internships (degree option)
• Advanced English proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Portuguese
• Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain management concepts
