Logistics Intern

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders including Spares, Component Repair & Overhaul, and Warranty related to Material Support & Logistics
• Collaborate with the team to identify workflow and process improvements to maximize efficiency
• Develop basic IT tools or software, specifically using SAP, Excel, and Macros, to improve operational effectiveness
• Provide weekly and monthly reports and data analysis
• Contribute to various ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student from a leading university
• IT or Software background is preferred
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Macros and statistical analysis tools
• Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player
• Available for an internship duration of at least 6 months
