About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate site activities with subcontractors including excavations, walk paths, deliveries, and crane activities
- Maintain site signage and designated walking pathways
- Communicate logistics plans both internally and externally
- Efficiently communicate with multiple parties onsite
Requirements
- Up to 4 years of experience coordinating workflow for construction sites
- Technology inclined with ability to use computers and iPads for logistics planning
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work on uneven surfaces or at heights
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 50-100 lbs 75% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment
- Ability to work outdoors
- Availability for overtime and weekend hours
- Strong punctuality and promptness
