Logistics Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of logistics activities to support the customer service department, warehouse, and cross-functional partners.
• Prepare pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation, including Invoices, Delivery Notes, E-Way Bills, and E-Invoices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders such as the customer office, quality lab, and factory logistics team to ensure smooth shipment operations.
• Monitor and control post-documentation to ensure error-free and timely preparation.
• Verify that all shipments comply with company policies and specific customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce operational costs and time.
• Maintain proper record-keeping and housekeeping standards at the RTI office in Dahej.
• Courier essential documents to customers and the customer service team within agreed time limits.

Requirements

• Proven experience in pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in preparing E-Way Bills and E-Invoices.
• Practical knowledge and work experience regarding Customs-related matters.
• Ability to manage documentation and record-keeping with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in A and B shifts at the Dahej Sales office.
