Logistics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze primary and secondary logistics networks to optimize infrastructure and human resource efficiency.
• Generate reports, indicators, and databases to support strategic decision-making.
• Perform demand analysis based on historical data and generate projected scenarios.
• Conduct load projections (TR1 and TR2) and redesign logistics networks.
• Execute reengineering projects for M&P and LTL operating centers.
• Manage operational budgets, including the calculation and tracking of expenses.
• Coordinate with management teams to implement operational projects and improve information visibility.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Data, Logistics), Statistics, Project Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in information analysis and KPI delivery for operations management.
• Proven experience in load projection and logistics network redesign.
• Solid knowledge of distribution, transport networks, and logistics strategies.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (technical evaluation required).
