Logistics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Standardize and continuously improve logistics warehouse management operations and IT projects
• Manage P2P overseas business including customs declaration and related affairs
• Optimize packaging design and warehouse site management during new project phases
• Supervise warehouse 5S and ensure adherence to HSE regulations
• Track and analyze warehouse performance indicators to drive improvements
• Implement digitalization and visualization in warehouse management
• Create delivery plans based on production and material conditions for overseas orders
• Coordinate with Marketing and R&D departments for new packaging development and cost reduction

Requirements

• College degree or above
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics management
• At least 1 year of experience in customs affairs
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Basic network knowledge
