About the role

Responsibilities

  • Receive deliveries and check products for accuracy
  • Organize the warehouse and ensure efficient layout
  • Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup
  • Maintain stock levels and inventory accuracy
  • Provide customer service and advice in the retail environment
  • Maintain a safe working environment and train colleagues on safety
  • Use new tools and systems to improve customer service
