Logistics Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and create sustainable workflows.
• Lead the development of system supports, including warehouse management systems (WMS), and explore new technical possibilities.
• Play a central role in the automation journey, managing processes from initial idea to implementation and continuous development.
• Drive and further develop Lean methodologies and the Epiroc Production System (EPS).
• Utilize data-driven approaches using KPIs, analysis, and benchmarking to monitor performance both internally and globally.
• Ensure high quality through standardization and structured processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operational excellence and process or business development within a logistics environment.
• Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a data-driven manner with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in project management and leading change initiatives.
• A genuine interest in new technologies, digitalization, and automation.
• An academic degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, include, and develop colleagues.
