Logistics Delivery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer to move materials between plants and offsite warehouses
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain equipment cleanliness
• Load and unload trailers using a forklift and other material handling equipment
• Manage inventory by completing forms and transactions in JDE and using barcode scanners
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure compliance with cGMP and GCP regulations
• Communicate effectively with plant and warehouse personnel to ensure timely movements
• Assist Engineering with equipment movement as required

Requirements

• Valid Class A driver’s license
• 2+ years of proven experience operating a tractor-trailer
• Clean driving record with no moving violations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate electric lifts, hand trucks, or pallet jacks
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform basic mathematical tasks
• Ability to maneuver and park large vehicles in various weather and road conditions
