Logistics Delivery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer to move materials between plants and offsite warehouses
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in accordance with DOT regulations
• Load and unload trailers using a forklift and other material handling equipment
• Manage inventory by completing forms and transactions in JDE and using barcode scanners
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate warehouse records and logbooks
• Ensure all logistical activities adhere to cGMP and GCP regulations
• Assist Engineering with equipment movement and perform forklift battery maintenance

Requirements

• Valid Class A driver’s license
• 2+ years of proven experience operating a tractor-trailer
• Clean driving record with no moving violations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs at a time
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform routine mathematical tasks
• Ability to operate electric lifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks
