Logistics Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide direct customer service at their points of sale
• Assist users with the initialization and correct use of contracted products
• Perform external service within the city and surrounding regions
• Manage local hub activities including stock management and asset receipt
• Handle reverse logistics, equipment screening, and periodic inventory

Requirements

• Active Driver's License (CNH B or AB) for at least 2 years
• Fewer than 10 active points on the driver's license in the last 12 months
• High School diploma completed

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree or currently studying in Logistics, Administration, or related fields
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in logistics
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
