Logistics Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide external customer service at points of sale within the city and surrounding regions
• Assist users with the initialization and correct use of contracted products
• Manage local hub stock and receive assets
• Handle reverse logistics and equipment screening
• Perform periodic stock organization and inventories

Requirements

• Active Driver's License (CNH B or AB) for at least 2 years
• Fewer than 10 active points on the driver's license in the last 12 months
• Completed High School education

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or Higher Education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in logistics
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
