Responsibilities
- Provide external customer service at points of sale within the city and surrounding regions
- Assist users with the initialization and correct use of contracted products
- Manage local hub activities including stock management and asset receipt
- Handle reverse logistics, equipment screening, and periodic inventory organization
Requirements
- Active Driver's License (CNH B or AB) for at least 2 years
- Fewer than 10 active points on CNH in the last 12 months
- Completed High School education
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical or Higher Education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in logistics
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
