Responsibilities
- Provide external customer service at points of sale within the city and surrounding regions
- Assist users with the initialization and correct use of contracted products
- Manage local hub stock and receive assets
- Handle reverse logistics and equipment screening
- Perform periodic stock organization and inventories
Requirements
- Active CNH A or AB (Motorcycle) for at least 2 years
- Fewer than 10 active points on CNH in the last 12 months
- High School diploma completed
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical or Higher Education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in logistics
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
