Logistics Coordinator/Logistics Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics operations, including inbound/outbound capacities and 3PL coordination to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by reconciling ERP data with WMS and managing sub-inventory allocations.
• Oversee customs activities, including HS code validation and collaboration with local authorities.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization using Lean methodology.
• Lead customer service activities, including order processing, invoicing, and resolving customer queries.
• Monitor logistics performance metrics such as log cost per ton, inventory integrity, and Original Commitment Rate (OCR).
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and internal control/audit procedures.
• Deploy data dashboards for accurate reporting and real-time visibility into operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or site management.
• Proficiency with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of 3PL management and customs regulations.
• Experience applying Lean methodology for process improvement.
• Ability to manage data reporting and visualization for operational decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and external authorities.
