Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational plans to meet all customer business requirements
• Provide pricing for ocean, air, and trucking freight with carriers and 3PL providers
• Maintain SOPs and work instructions to ensure operational best practices and compliance
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to comply with local, state, and federal regulations
• Build and manage relationships with carriers, vendors, and internal team members to resolve freight issues
• Review KPIs regularly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and other job-related duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or the logistics industry (Ocean/Air)
• Background in import logistics, global import operations, and Customs Compliance
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
